As you can see this type of template WILL impress your clients, while YOU bring home the cash! It is very realistic to have a new site up for a client in less than 2 hours. In fact, if you have the client's business information and basics you should be able to change out the template content with your client's information in less than 30-60 minutes. Throw in an extra hour just to register a .MOBI domain name for the client, setup the hosting and FTP upload the client's mobile website pages to the domain and your done. If you charged $399 for a Mobile setup and it took you less than 2 hours to get the Owner to agree, pay you, and complete the website service, how awesome is that!?! $200 bucks an hour ain't too shabby!

Even if you did a "special introductory" rate of $199, you'd still be making about $100 bucks an hour to provide this much needed service... and don't forget one of the most important aspects to doing this: RESIDUAL MONTHLY INCOME.

Normally I will charge clients $97 a month for a "normal" website "hosting and maintenance" fee. Then if I have to make changes and updates, that is a separate hourly rate they get billed. THESE ARE AWESOME, BUT HOW DO I CHANGE THEM?

Here is the great part! You just use Notepad, NVU, Komposer or some other type of free html editor to open a page file. Do "Find & Replace" so you take out my website link and replace it with YOUR client's website link info. Replace out all the correct domain info for the links, adjust the client's content, then just resave and upload to your new domain! If you are just doing the basic 5-page Mobile site like this it should be a very quick update for you to complete.
